What is a deductible? Is there a copay?
The deductible is the amount to be paid by the insured individual or their family before any insurance coverage takes effect. For example, if you were to purchase a $100,000 with a $75 deductible, you would be responsible for the first $75. Afterwards, the insurance coverage would take affect and pay accordingly. High deductible plans tend to be less expensive than low deductible plans. We recommend purchasing high deductible plans to protect against major medical events such as heart attack or leg fracture.
What is AD&D and what name should I put for the beneficiary on the application?
AD&D stands for Accidental Death & Disbursement- that is coverage for the insured's death as a result of an accident. AD&D Coverage will also provide benefits for loss of sight, hearing, speech, legs, or limbs. The AD&D Beneficiary should be a trusted person to which to insurance company can pay benefits to in the event the of the insured's death.
Is any Prior Medical Report Needed?
INF Visitor Care plans do not require any prior medical exam / reports to enroll in the insurance plans. However, we strongly advise travelers to visit a doctor in their home country and perform a full medical check up before traveling to the United States or Canada.
What are the differences between limited & comprehensive plans?
Comprehensive plans offer higher benefits, although the coverage (medical issues covered by the insurance company) may be the same. Limited plans are fixed in terms of the benefits given for certain medical expenses. Comprehensive plans tend to be a bit more expensive. I made a mistake filling out my application. How can I correct this?

Can I fill my application over the phone?
Yes. One of our licensed insurance agents can fill out any application for you over the phone.
I need to apply for insurance for more then 2 people at once (primary & spouse). How Can I do that?
